This is what the flags mean:
3 flags (🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈) means the therapist considers themself an expert on mental health care for LGBTQ people,
2 flags (🏳️🌈🏳️🌈) means the therapist has experience working with LGBTQ people, and
1 flag (🏳️🌈) means the therapist doesn’t have much experience yet, but will happily work with LGBTQ people.
No flag means that they have not rated themselves yet.
