Celebrate the Oscars with us, support our LGBTQ & HIV prevention work in Napa County!

Academy of Friends is celebrating its 35th Oscar night anniversary with "A Century of Radiance" gala in San Francisco and we are thrilled to have had our very own LGBTQ Connection chosen for a second year in a row to be a beneficiary. Last year, due to generous funding from Academy of  Friends we were able to double our LGBTQ & HIV prevention efforts in Napa County, especially focused on youth and young adults! Through gala ticket sales, raffle ticket sales, and a silent auction, Academy of Friends is raising funds directly for LGBTQ Connection.

Buy Event Tickets

The Academy of Friends Gala will take place on February 22, 2015 at 5pm at the San Francisco Design Center Galleria. Event tickets are $250 pre-sale online or $300 at the door. Purchase Raffle Tickets

Even if you "don't do raffles", consider this: tickets enter you into a drawing for an 11-day Golden Gate Alaska "Celebrity" Cruise for 2 people, ($3519 value). Raffle tickets are $10 each, 3 for $25 or 15 for $100, and your full donation contributes to our work! Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to fill shifts in San Francisco every Saturday up to the event or on Saturday, Feb 21 for event setup, on Sunday, Feb 22 for event setup during the day or Feb 22 for evening event help. To sign up, contact Ian: ian@lgbtqconnection.org or 707-251-9432.
