We're hiring! Program Coordinator (Youth Development)

We are excited to announce an opening for a new, additional Program Coordinator with LGBTQ Connection! Our Program Coordinators work closely with the Program Director and Program & Evaluation Manager to make Sonoma and Napa Counties more vibrant and inclusive communities--driven by youth leaders! The Program Coordinator will be based out of either Napa or Sonoma County, which will be determined during the hiring process. The coordinator will be responsible for developing youth leadership teams at two program sites within the county, while supporting the youth in facilitating support groups, planning events and advocacy projects, and helping with trainings in the communities. Bilingual Spanish/English speakers are preferred.
